Over 30 years ago, PES’s founder stated that the company’s CORE FOCUS was to... “provide our employees with a sense of fulfillment and the opportunity to succeed.”  Today that core focus remains unchanged, and to help realize that goal the company has adopted a number of employee development initiatives.  Programs such as "promote 1st from within" and “climb the ladder" are designed to encourage employees to pursue industry-related continuing education and training utilizing corporate sponsorships along the way.

PES is committed at the corporate level to pursuing “Green” and sustainable policies and practices to ensure the health of our planet and to preserve our natural resources for future generations. We proactively deploy Green techniques, chemicals, supplies and equipment in all markets, for all deliverables, and strongly advocate the same with our customers wherever opportunities are identified. PES provides services that are 100% compliant with USGBC LEED certification program standards.

Charitable Support
